Moving every couple of years for the first half of my life after my parents divorced has made me into the adaptable woman I am today. I grew up with no siblings, so naturally I had to have a vibrant imagination to keep myself entertained. I loved art, reading, writing and playing sports. There hasn’t been a time in my life where I wasn’t competing in art shows, crafting, taking pictures, planning or decorating something.

I lived the second half of my childhood in Livingston, AL. I went to a small school, graduating with only 14 people. My need and curiosity for adventure led me to The University of Southern Mississippi after graduation. I spent a year there and then found my my way back to Livingston given that I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life…

My greatest love in life (besides family and friends, of course) is baseball. I grew up around it, as well as playing softball my entire life. If you asked me what my perfect day was I’d tell you, the perfect day would be getting to the ball park early, walking around while watching the players warm up, grabbing a hot dog, soaking up the sun and cheering on my favorite team (Go Cubs!).

My passion for the media side of sports began when I started taking pictures for my friends on the baseball team. What started out as a hobby quickly became a field of interest for me.

I currently freelance Sports Photography on the side, as my full time job is working for Integra Realty Resources of Jackson. I am a Mapping Analyst as well as their Social Media Director and Promotions Liaison.
